Long time no chat. Over the last few months I have managed to maintain my weight even with a full on Auto Immune Flare, losing my job, losing my home, relocating from Johannesburg to Cape Town and , moving in with my kids. Still Jobless, but have amazing support and a very health conscious family. HUGE Help. I stuck to the basics during this time - thanks to this App. Goal is to reach my goal weight by end of year. I have lost a lot of cm’s and feeling very sassy when I fit into jeans I kept for “one day”. I am most proud that I paused but I did not stop.
