Pretty sure the 2 lbs lost was water weight as I have been drinking way more water, no soda or energy drinks and have been exercising daily.

Tried a burger salad for the first time. Delicious. Lots of lettuce, 1 burger just the seasoned patty- no cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, onion, half thinly sliced baby dill pickle, a little extra mustard. I will do this every time my kids want burgers.
