OK - enough already. I have decided that yes maybe I am overweight, but I am pretty fab anyways. My husband is still very clearly attracted to me and I am sick and tired of depriving myself. I know that there are diets out there that insist that they do NOT deprive but rather indulge you but if that were true then they would not be called diets!
I do not want to hit 200 again so that I will watch. I will watch the size of my meals and try the whole snacking thing too. I will try more veggies and fruits. I will try more fibre. BUT THAT IS IT!!!!!!!!! I am so bloody sick and tired of feeling like I have to measure myself against everyone else, like I am not worthy. All the time!
My family loves me, I enjoy eating interesting foods with interesting flavours. I WILL NOT COUNT CALORIES anymore!!!! Food in, excercise and rest out... That is it.
Maybe I will stock some fat free or low fat options - butter and sugar may have to go but that is really ok cause there are such reasonable substitutes for those.
I am buying 1% again - too bad if the family doesn't like it. Everyone with the exception of Madison could stand to eat healthier so that is what we will.

I have been trying a new tactic. Hunger is part of my problem but also availability of the foods I need to eat. Kashi Go Lean Crunch is great - it has tons of protein, fibre and lower in fat than most meals. If I can eat two bowls a day then a good meal at dinner... Also I am trying to cut out wine/alcohol on weeknights. So far one day down - slept well. That will take some weight off I am sure!

I went back to LAWL and weighed in at 196 even. Sigh. Why don't I care that I snore at night cause of my weight? Why don't I care that I could look just that much better? And why don't I care that I could feel SO much sexier if I just lost 20 lbs!!!!???
