I’ve been really consistent this month I am proud of myself for committing to an exercise routine. Although my progress is slow, I don’t want to give up. I’ve done this before and I know I can achieve my goal weight it’s just been a bit difficult.
I’m a mom now and a lot has changed I’ve gained a lot of weight after my pregnancy. But I hope getting into an active flow will help me gain momentum.

I haven’t lost any weight but I’ve lost about 32 centimetres throughout my body I was a little disappointed. But then I remembered progress is progress I’m going to keep pushing over the next few weeks.
