Hi, beautiful community. just wanted some advice and I figured the best place to get it would be here. how do you all handle weekends out, or eating at someone else's house? what's your mental approach, what's your strategy, how do you track it?
I'd really appreciate your guys' feedback.

Hi, just wanted to get some insight.
I've been doing 1600 calories, but I've been feeling exhausted and weak. for context, I work out 4 times a week ( circuit training with some resistance training), am 1.7m tall and weigh about 70kgs (estimate as I do not use a scale any longer). just wanted to know of it was the amount of calories or perhaps I must consider other issues. generally I'm not as tired and weak when I'm not counting and controlling calories.

To all those doing keto longer than I have. I've been struggling with low energy levels and flatulence for the entire month and a half I've been doing this. Am I doing something wrong, is this normal?

I spent the last 2 days not tracking and keto'ing in a very laxed way. We had our first weekend out since I started keto, spent Saturday night with family as well as Sunday at a party, that means feasts and treats galore, but I'm happy to say it didn't go badly. I didn't completely abandon keto.
Well, on Saturday it was laxed and Sunday it was non-existent. I'm super proud of how I handled Saturday, I stuck to keto except for Fruits in a salad, but I mean I didn't have any bread or potatoes or processed food which I'm so very grateful and proud of my body for, bear in mind that I didn't pack a dessert with.
As for Sunday, it did end up becoming a slight binge fest, but I'm proud I stopped when when I was full, because usually it would go beyond that. As my husband will say, progress is progress. There was no and is no hesitance on getting back to it today. I'm uncertain of whether I should be super strict or just go back to how I was eating, as I'm afraid of becoming extreme and 'punishing' myself. I need to come to terms with days of indulging and the remedy to it, which is bouncing back, not compensating and making up for it.
In terms of how my body reacted to sugar:
For most of both days I felt fine, maybe less exhausted and drained since I was getting in more calories (I'm currently consuming only 1400), but last night my stomach was bloated and really hard and I didn't feel good. I was over the moon about this, because it means my body is getting used to low carbs and didn't react well to the junk I ate, that is in itself progress. Let's see how it goes from here. There will be no weigh in, because I don't think I'm strong enough to face the repercussions yet. Just going to focus on eating the way I have and perhaps moving a little more.
