About the first day on this site. I feel like Dougie Houser writing in this font. LOL So far I have lost 5 Lbs, and I feel great. I have completely changed my relationship with food and working out. I now eat for fuel instead of pleasure, however food can still be pleasurable, but in a different way. My workouts are more intense now, but I like it. Of course I do have worries like everyone else. What if I do all this stuff and still can't reach my goal weight? That's one of my main concerns, but at leased I know I'll be healthy.....and that's a good call.
