Today is 1/1/11 and I am vowing to STOP drinking soda. I had 1 today, last one. I need to drink MORE water. I have to keep reminding myself....I CAN DO THIS!!!!!

UGH....I know I need to do this. I am not lazy but I have severe back issues. I am always in pain. Exercises makes the pain worse. I don't know how to get past the past. I eat, ummmm, ok. And I am always tired. I hope these problems get resolved with some weight loss.
