Anyone have those last 10 pounds to lose?
Ya I think I need to be more consistent about eating well and going to the gym. I already do 2 weight lifting classes and 2 cardio workouts on my own a week (most of the time) so I'm going to try a step class too to see if that helps kickstart my weightloss. I'm also going to try and eat more lean protein and salads too (am already eating fruit and veggies and whole grains throughout the day).

Thanks for the advice and good luck to you on your journey!

Anyone have those last 10 pounds to lose?
I'm getting married in June and I have been trying to get rid of my last 10 pounds for good! I have lost and gained weight over the last few years but I just can't seem to get those last 10 pounds off for good. I know what I need to do to get rid of it I just have a hard time doing it and consistently work out and eat well. I'm interested in hearing how people have really pushed themselves to lose that last 10 pounds and keep it off.

Why do you want to lose weight?
1. To be more healthy and have more energy
2. To feel and look great
3. To prepare my body to have a baby in the next 18 months

Which type of excercise WON'T you do at the gym?
I don't like using the treadmill. Currently, I have a lot of fat on my thighs and butt so running and walking on there just makes me feel uncomfortable. However, since my thighs and butt are my biggest problem areas I have made myself get back on the treadmill and I have even started taking leisurely walks around my community on my days off from the gym. I hope it pays off and I'm sure if I keep at it that it will.

Hi All,

I would like to say that my post at least is not an advert. I can't comment on the other posts. I was just commenting on my own experience. I just started the cleanse so I can't say if it works or not. I hope it does cause I have been trying to get these last 10 stuborn pounds off for three years and I'm willing to do almost anything to get it off. I exercise 3-4 times a week eat pretty well and losing that weight has been impossible. After the cleanse I plan to go back to my working out 3-4 times a week and eating 1500 calories a day. I just need a kick start.
