So I just hit the gym today for the first time in years! It went better then expected except that I didn't know how to use some of the machines and my first 10 minutes working out I really started getting dizzy and couldn't believe I had only been working out for 10 minutes and I felt that way! But after pushing through my last 15 minutes was great, I felt like I could have went longer. But I did not want to work myself to hard, because I am meeting with a personal trainer tomorrow morning. Don't want to be all sore and look like a wimp! LOL! I am hoping that this becomes something I can stick with. This weight is my heaviest I have ever been. Considering I did just have a baby 5 months ago. But I am NOT using that as an excuse. I am excited to start with my personal trainer in the morning! Anyone know a website or videos that show different exercises you can do with all those balls at the gym? They look fun to try but I have no idea how and didn't want to bust my butt on my first day and everyone laugh! ~Thanks for any suggestions!

So today is going to kick start my diet and exercise. Me and Scott (my fiance) decided to do it together. We got up this morning and threw out ALL of our junk food and went grocery shopping and got lots of nutritional and low fat foods and even went and bought a joint gym membership at Snap Fitness right by our house. I went and got new work out clothes and a cute water bottle. I am EXCITED! I am so unhappy with my looks and not to mention being out of breath when I walk up the steps. I NEED to get into shape. I have a long history of obese women in my famly and watching my mom in and out of the hospital with heart problems, Multiple Sclerosis, and other issues with her health. It drives me to lose this extra weight I have and start eating healthy. That means cutting out my pizza, iced tea, and star crunch's. Looking at the way I have been eating is making me sick! I am 19 years old and should not be this un-happy with my weight. I am making the necessary change today! Speaking of change ~ I have a dirty diaper calling me. Wish me luck on my first day!
