BEWARE OF STARVATION MODE!
I was so happy that the end result of my recent food poisoning, was that I lost an additional 4 pound very quickly. I was forced to eat light and I wasn't that hungry anymore.

Unfortunately, my body freaked out on me and went into starvation mode, and began storing everything I ate to protect me from myself.

STARVATION MODE does not kick in when you feel hungry. It begins when you cut your calories too much no matter if you feel hungry or not.

Sad end results:
I have gained all the weight lost back & I am off track with my Challenge.

The good news:
I noticed my problem early, and I can reverse this without too much damage. I have to slowly increase my calorie intake.

My RDI is 1700-1800 and I was well below that.

I just purchased another affordable stationary exercise bike for $120 (Tax & Shipping included). The first one was insanely noisy and disturbs the neighbors. It will be here in a week.
