Not going to use my food diary for a few days. Need to clear my head and focus elsewhere.

Okay. . so usually I go into a rant, turn my perspective around, add some inspirational thoughts(for funzies) and tell you all to "Go well and be Strong". . .you get the idea.
BUT TODAY I'M MIXING IT UP
! What to expect: a rant, some thoughts and lame/awesome pics to make it all not seem so gloomy.
I'm really trying to keep a level head, but this situation with my meds is really weighing on me. I'm trying to get off my "happy pills" because I can't take them and my new "stimulant-type" meds at the same time (always check for interactions).
Went for my blood tests again (still haven't gotten a copy of the results after bout a week of begging). My doc did phone to tell me my thyroid levels are completely screwed, so for now not taking those meds either. .

My heart is humming like a fan about to fly off the ceiling and I feel so anxious and weepy I'm afraid my head will explode. I feel so ill-equipped to deal with all the personal problems in my life and make all these big decisions.
Getting diagnosed with so many "little" things made me think about how the body is connected.
Hormones, inhibitors, stimulants, vitamins
. . I sometimes feel that physicians would rather throw pills at symptoms rather than really taking a look at what's the mastermind behind it?
I should add that I am truly thankful for doctors and appreciate the support and understanding some of them give. Some just don't seem to see their patient as a whole person, just random systems and symptoms.
Or maybe I am just off my rocker. . I just wan't to feel better and I'm hoping this is just a time of change and stress until my body adjusts.
