No change on the scale this week, thank goodness! It could only have gone upwards with the week I've had, so no change is an achievement! I'm ready to start trying harder again now. I want to hit onederland before my birthday in late June!

I'm not gonna lie, I'm really struggling to control my eating with this staying at home thing. I'm going to have to dig deep and find some discipline! How's everyone else doing? UK folk, have you put your clocks forward?!

Oh my goodness, bad couple of days with trapped wind pain. The combination of using a CPAP machine and having gallstones just gets too much sometimes! Gonna have a night off the machine and hope I feel better tomorrow.
