Not much, but it’s still nice! Especially because I thought I’d gained and haven’t been going to gym much. Also I set myself the challenge that I can only eat sweet treats that I bake myself. Great idea to limit intake based on effort but turns out a sweet tooth is a powerful motivating factor 😂 I’ve baked two batches of banana bread muffins and a chocolate cake. But tomorrow is a new day. Going to try sticking to my gym schedule and cut out sugar. Wish me luck!

Trying to lose a bit of weight picked up on various medications. Find it very difficult, even with IF and regular workouts. I know a sweet tooth and other cravings don’t help, but feeling quite despondent. Some people are losing kilos a week. I just stay the same. Sorry guys, just a bit down😂
