I have lost 3 lbs over about 2 weeks. I gave up my cherished ice cream sandwiches and the 1/5 of Little Debbie nutty bars I shared with Tom. Quit eating chocolate covered peanuts about 8 months ago. eating more vegetables lately so i am hopeful.

I have been doing bad for the past year. family cookout coming up on the 8th. Going to try to get back in the habit of recording what I eat here on Fat Secret. Going to try to lose 2 lbs. a week for a while then go to one lb. a week.
