Working alongside a friend of mine, our goal is to lose 35lb's by September so he can pass his medical for Merchant Marines, and I offered to do so alongside him to help keep him on track.

Not quite sure how I've managed to pack on another 10 lbs. but I'm happy with my progress in the gym. I'm sticking to the exercises I was taught by the trainer at the gym when it comes to arms getting easier each week. I've been mixing up shoulders and back exercises. And going to the Chiropractor will hopefully help keep me from being so sore and worn out afterwards if my neck and shoulder issues start going away.
This weeks goals:
#1: Commit to Stretching! Need to become more flexible.
#2: Commit to Eating better, even if I have an occasional pig out day I want to find better foods to eat when I go out. And when at home I have to focus on shakes before, or after a workout.
#3: Keep Reading! Even though I just got a new DS I want to keep focusing on developing physically and mentally. It won't help me lose weight, but it will make me feel better.

Haven't lost any weight, in fact gained back what I had lost before. Pretty happy with the idea of going and doing the classes at the gym so I have a solid motivator to push me beyond my limits. I think if each of the classes is as hard as the one I did today. I'll see results pretty quickly over the next few months.

Not sure whats going on with my weight, I've cut back my portions significantly and have been working out, I've missed 1 day of my 3 day cycle.
Who knows, gonna stick with it and see what happens.
