I can't believe all this weight loss was just from water retention it sucks, but glad I'm back to normal, almost :)

Ugh these past few days, Errol actually the last week, i have up on my plan. I ate out everyday and didn't exercise. Furthermore,this new years eve i had way too much to drink and eat. I need to get back on track asap.
