Did a lot of walking this week, but I ate irregularly so I am curious as to what my out come will be this week. Big loss last week 7.4

Kind of late, not hungry. Usually I am seeking some type of snack... Simply not hungry. Lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks... Not too bad, looking to up that to about 5 pounds per week. Eating no carbs, 1400 calories a day.
