Alrighty - well, I made it my New Years Resolution (obviously) to stick to a Weight Watchers diet and to lose 20 pounds by May - just in time for summer and my trip to China (which will help me kick those final pounds i'm sure) I currently am at 151 pounds, and now that I am I wish that I would have appreciated my body when I was a "fat" 130 pounds. If I had only known then what I know now! My weight slowly has increased since I began college, as I started accepting the couple of pounds i'd put on every couple of months - however when I reached the 150 mark I started realizing I was kind of letting myself go! I'd been active all throughout high school playing a sport every season, and playing indoor sports on the off season. Since then i've taken up smoking and packed on a few extra pounds! In addition to wanting to shed these pounds, what I really want is my active, healthy lifestyle back! I'd like to eventually join an indoor soccer team and play some pickup basketball - maybe some volleyball since basketball prohibiting me from playing in HS!
