Am I eating too little calories?
Hi everyone, I haven't posted here before, but I decided today might be a good time to start. I have been dieting for a year and a half I am losing weight very slowly. I have only lost 6kg. I realised at the beginning of the year that I have been eating less than 1200 calories per day (I am female) most of the time, so I think my body went into hunger mode.

Now I am eating about 1300-1450 calories a day (I started in Feb.). At the beginning I did shed some weight, but then I reached a plato. I can't seem to break it. I exercise 3-4 times a week (I do a 5-6km brisk walk). Fatsecrets calorie goal counter says I should be eating 2100 calories to get to my goal weight, but I think it is too high. I am scared if I started eating more I will start gaining weight again. What should I do?
