Today I start .....first day of p90x3. Hoping to hit my goal by the end of 90 days. No magic pills or fad diets. Good old fashioned blood sweat and hopefully not many tears. Going for 30%protein, 40% carb, 30% fat around 1700-1800 cal. I will go LCHF just for the first 3-4 days as it works to rid me of all cravings and keeps me satisfied. A new wardrobe for spring would be my big reward!
