I didn't sleep very well last night. I have a horrible virus. Usually, I would eat very poorly as a result. I remained disciplined and ate well. I didn't exercise as much however. I'll work harder tomorrow. Thank God that I maintained fairly well.

Today was an excellent day..... I rose early, ate well and incorporated exercise into my day. I pray to God that I can keep this up. If I fail occassionally, I will quickly get back on track.
