I am following the points and recording everything I eat and measuring the amounts. Why am I not loosing???? :( I'm averaging 1072 calories a day! Surely I dont have to go lower? help me!

Feeling frustrated again. The 1 pound I lost came off all at once. Maybe this week will be the same. I also ovulated this week. could that make you retain water?? I dont know, but I think I'm doing well, but the scale just isnt moving.I dont want to have to drop the points even more. Not sure what to think now.

had a great weekend! I ate well and burn a good amount of calories at work. You'd think being a cook, I'd eat MORE while I'm there. I guess that is the good part of having gluten intolerance-I cant eat the food! Looking forward to weighing in, in the morning!
