Okay guys I worked out hard this morning at 5:30 in Zumba class. I covered my ABS work out in this class as well. I also have something great to share with you. My Turbo instructor and about 4 more of us are going to enter the Turbo Youtube contest. I will let everyone know when the video is uploaded and then everyone can go and look at the videos and vote. I think this will be fun and very motivational. We also started a summer challenge for the Turbo & Zumba classes. They are challenging us to attend at least 4 classes a week or more. Wish me luck.

I was not able to exercise like I normally do last week. I had a Migraine for 4 1/2 days. I will get back on track this week.

Okay today I did free weights for 25 minutes and then I went straight into my AB excercises. Tomorrow will be more abs and cardio which will be the best workout ever ZUMBA.
