I have a long HARD week my nephews mom lost her baby (still born 6 months along) my daughters boyfriend of 8 months was shot and killed last night outside his apartment coming home from thier evening out, my ex had another stroke, whew God must think me HERCULES or something i mean i know i bare the name of Perseus's mother and Danu (en englas is DANA) who was in celtic times the Goddess of Artists, poets, musicians etc... things of that nature but SHESH ive just about mustered up all the strength i can i dont know honestly its starting to take its toll on me. im stickin GREAT to my ATKINS he did i ever mention I LOVE ATKINS ;) and that makes me PROUD of me!!!!!! my kids love me and they LOVE my strength!!! I pray ALOT these days!!!!!!!!!!! but i think the best thing is that i finally made a decsion to just let the ex go - i told a friend today if God wants us to have a life together then he will bring him back correct in a proper fashion and i will move forward in my life no longer waiting around for that to happen and i will focus on God, me my family and my education woooohoooo I LOVE ME and even though the devil been beatin the top a my head with my ex and all that entails since i decided (actually got on my knees swore a vow of celebacy even put a ring on my own finger) to let it go i am still comfortable with my decision.

OMG i recorded this earlier but apparently it didnt save - i found a scale wooohoooo right on my campus in the health & wellness office no less (who'da thunk it lol) but i have an official weight now and its 26 pounds down and now i have a way to actually weigh in once a week offically im SO excited hey a 33 thousand dollar a year education should be good for something right lol just kidding I LOVE MY SCHOOL and JUST in case ive never mentioned it I LOVE ATKINS!!

Slept like crap - didnt want to get out of bed but laying in bed all day missing class and work will not help anything and it most certainly wont keep my mind off the fact that i cant be where i NEED and WANT to be. So i got up took my vitamins, did my walk, jumped in the shower, went to class now im having breakfast. they make omelts in my cafeteria that are BOMB so i had a bacon spinach mushroom omelet it was great! still praying!!!! cant get my mind clear and im so worried that im really a nervous wreck and dont know what to do nor what i can do!
