Second day
Getting ready to go to bed. Didn't have a chance to record anything today. Spent most the day at the emergency room with a friend. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day

This is my first journal and am looking forward to taking off the rest of this weight. Already lost 115 lbs. But need to lose more to stay healthy. I'm a diabetic but have it now under control with food and exercise. Haven't had to take any medicine for it for at least 7 months. I strenght train 2 days a week and cardio 5 to 6 days a week. Had some time off from cardio this summer but back on tract. Need to stay motivated but have been like a yo-yo since January. Up 2 pounds down 3 up 1 down .5 up 4 down 2...........on and on and on. Getting tired of that game. Hope to get a better handle on this.
