I'm Kim and I have been working toward my goal weight since 2011. When I first started I lost 30 pounds and I was so so happy with myself. Then I went abroad to Japan and then lost more weight there not sure how much though. Apparently a lot because my family thought I was sick as soon as I came back cause I just looked so much thinner. But I didn't see it.
But any who, I have plumped up a little bit, but not returning to my starting weight which was 230lbs. I have maintained the weight I have now for about two years and now I want more.
I work out Mon-Thur for 1hr30min and have cut down my portion sizes. I can see a difference now that I am eating a lot better and I'm motivated more just like the first time to hit my goal weight, and I know I can do it just like before.
