Last night, I did not have that great wonderful sleep I experienced a few days ago. My last meal was at 7pm and that was a protein shake. I'm wondering if that is why I woke up twice last night. I'm going to stop my eating at 6pm to see if that helps.
Headache and that feeling of being light headed is gone. I looked back at my food diary and I was only eating less than 400 cal a day. My body is not used to that so it turned on me lol. I'm going to try to keep my cal between 800-1200 so that I can function. Being on this HFLC WOE is making me not want to eat. Most of the time I'm not hungry so I have to force myself to eat something.
This morning I went to the store and bought alot of Kale because it was on sale, and some low carb sandwich wraps. I am excited about the wraps because I miss bread soooooo much. Whenever I eat meat, I think about how nice it would be as a sandwich for breakfast the next day. Now I'm not eating breakfast because of intermittent fasting, but I can have a wrap for dinner sometimes. I also bought some Vodka :-) Mondays are my weigh-in days, so I plan to have a shot or 2 to celebrate my weight loss on Monday nights. If it slows down my weight loss, I have a whole week to correct it. I only wish I had thought of it sooner ;-)

I started feeling really light headed today, and I have this headache that won't go away. Good thing this fast is over. I'm eating a little heavier for dinner, hoping I can eat this headache away, but it's not helping. I'm going to drink another bottle of water and go to bed.

Another great night of sleep! This time I woke up 30mins before my alarm, and I don't feel tired at all. I slept through the night without waking up, and I feel well rested. Today is going to be a great day!

I had the most AMAZING sleep last night on an empty stomach! Every night for as long as I can remember, I have been waking up every night to go to the bathroom. Sometimes 3-4 times a night. The 1st night of the fast I only got up once. Last night I didn't get up at all. I slept all the way through the night, and woke up 5 mins before my alarm went off. That has never happened before. It took me 40 years to learn that going to bed with an empty stomach will give me the best sleep of my life! I'm planning lighter, earlier dinners from now on. I gotta keep this thing going!
