Woke up with a headache today, so I spent all of the morning and 1/2 the afternoon sleeping. Needless to say, I didn't eat very much for breakfast or lunch but I made sure it was healthy and would tide me over til supper. Hopefully tomorrow, i'll be back on track correctly.

Using my Wii fit to track my BMI, weight and setting small goals is a great idea. I'm glad i'm able to use it now and tracking with my hubby and daughter is pretty cool too :)

Started using the Wii fit a couple of days ago. The max weight allowance is 330 pounds and I was over that...but not now! I'm so happy and proud! I'll be checking in daily with it even if I do't do a workout using it. I like that it tells me my BMI along with my weight. My youngest daughter is excited as well that we can do this together :) OH! 326.9lbs atm! Next goal is to get out of the 320's :)
