One whole day without drops. No problem. As a precaution I did take the "extra enhancers just after lunch (you're supposed to take them 30 minutes before eating but I forgot and it was no problem. I feel great and lost another half pound yesterday (and that was without clearing my bowels). I really want to hit 175 before I start round two loading. I feel great. Right now by following protocol my calorie intake is right around 500. After three days of no drops I have to increase my intake to around 1200 calories, consisting of 100 grams of protein (not by weight) and vegetables with low glycemic index number. (still no sugar, flour, root veggies, oranges, bananas, legumes, tuber... but many many vegetable and fruit choices as well as full fat dairy products. Looking forward to a nice cheesy omelet on Sunday morning with some mushrooms and onions and spinach in it. I can already taste it.
