Had a great day I did protein shakes today because I have such a hard time eating I did work out I'm also training a friend of mine so that pushes me to do right so today was a good day

this has been the hardest time ever trying to lose weight I found out I have arthritis so my knee swells a lot then I work in a warehouse where I walk all day so I have very little energy and then I work a second job at a fast-food restaurant I'm really trying to stay determined but I'm not losing any way and I'm getting very discouraged I'll be 33 next year and it's a very big deal for me even bigger than 30 and I just want to be the perfect size to myself everytime I weigh myself I'm more and more because I'm always swollen
