I’m having trouble syncing my Garmin device. What can I do?

If your Garmin data isn’t appearing in fatsecret, try manually disconnecting and reconnecting your accounts:

Disconnect Garmin Connect from fatsecret:

  1. Log in to the Garmin Connect website.
  2. Click your Profile & Account in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Account Settings → Account Information.
  4. Scroll to the Applications section and click Disconnect next to fatsecret.

Reconnect Garmin Connect to fatsecret:

  1. Open the fatsecret app.
  2. Go to Apps & Devices in the Exercise Diary section.
  3. Sync your Garmin Connect account again.
