I’m having trouble syncing my Garmin device. What can I do?
If your Garmin data isn’t appearing in fatsecret, try manually disconnecting and reconnecting your accounts:
Disconnect Garmin Connect from fatsecret:
- Log in to the Garmin Connect website.
- Click your Profile & Account in the top-right corner.
- Go to Account Settings → Account Information.
- Scroll to the Applications section and click Disconnect next to fatsecret.
Reconnect Garmin Connect to fatsecret:
- Open the fatsecret app.
- Go to Apps & Devices in the Exercise Diary section.
- Sync your Garmin Connect account again.
This should help restore the synchronization of your steps and calories burned between the apps.
