How can I add a saved meal?
If you often eat the same meals, you can save time by creating a saved meal. This lets you group meal components ahead of time, so you can log the entire meal in just a few taps.
To create a new saved meal, follow these steps:
- Open your Diary and tap on the Search icon.
- Swipe across the screen to locate the Saved Meals section.
- Tap on New Saved Meal.
- Enter all the necessary details for your meal, including food items and their quantities.
- Save your meal.
