This last 1.5lb has taken 14 days to shift, thanks in part to a 3 day bender last weekend. I have been running hard and cycling plenty, the achievements and improvements along the way have helped to keep me motivated. I look very different now to when I started and I feel so much better. I still feel that I have more I can achieve but Iām. It sure what my new goal should be (200lb is still pretty big for a bloke who is just 5ā6ā tall)- what you guys suggest?
