Yesterday I bought $74 worth of fruits, veggies and nuts. Everything was cleaned, washed and placed in the fridge. Today the plan is to experiment with the dehydrator making kale chips, use the blender to make homemade hummus and create gazpacho soup for dinner. After the chips are done, I'll dehydrate a fruit rollup and some pineapple for snacks.

Getting south of 280 is within striking distance. Time to break out the Wii Fit and Your Shape Fitness to mix some routine exercise into the breach. It means getting up an hour earlier, but I think I can make a go of that.
281.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 91.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
