I need to remember that this will take time and that I can use the time to figure out what my body needs and how it reacts to food. I have found so far that if I eat over 30 g of fat, I won't lose no matter how many calories I've eaten. So that is good to know.
173.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
