I have noticed that on the weekends I gain about 2-4 lbs. I think it can have something to do with the amount of water I intake. I was 194 Wednesday. So, not drinking water causes for me to go up in lbs.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
