1960 kcal Fat: 65.97g | Prot: 122.86g | Carb: 225.30g.   Breakfast: Plums, Turkey Perky Jerky, Chia Seeds, Clover Honey, Blackberries, Turkey Perky Jerky. Lunch: greek salad dressing, romaine, red onion, feta, kalamata olives, skinless chicken breast, egg. Dinner: Sprouted Multi Grain Bread, Egg. Snacks/Other: wild organic ginger snaps, Plums, Organic Flax Plus Multibran Cereal, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Organic Peanut Butter, Cinnamon Harvest, Bananas , Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) . more...
