My doctor says my weight gain is reasonable, but it's quite scary to be putting on so many pounds! I'm trying my best to keep the focus on eating nutritious foods, but it's hard to overcome the cravings for the sweets and other treats.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 60.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

Its hard too when you can't exercise as much - I mostly excercise so that I can eat more. I'm banned from the discount seasonal chocolate rack. My last run in involved hershy's cherry filled kisses... :P I've been trying to substitute ff/lc yogurt for my ice cream cravings this week. Its kind of working. And grapefruit - it seems to really fill me up. Good luck. Keep being healthy - you've got a great attitude and if you gain a few pounds now - there is nothing stopping you from losing them later.
