Just wanted to check on Monday morning and am down another pound. Its a great way to start the week. Gonna try to start increasing the exercise if my old body will allow it.
377.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 177.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
