The past 4 days I was on vacation, a fundraising hike in the Shenandoah Mountains. I must admit that this is the 1st time in four months I have not tracked what I have eaten. Lots of work, and stress last week getting the last few things together and diet and exercise was the LAST thing on my mind. Still can't complain because I have lost about 30 lbs this year and this is the first "big" gain - barely 2 lbs. Back at the points tracking this week! Plan to lose about 5 - 10 lbs by my birthday on June 26th.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
