Figuring out what macros work best for me has been a little frustrating, but I think I've got it now. All of Fairbanks was out of SlimFast shakes for a couple of weeks, so I got Premier Protein thinking they would work fine. Well, there is, in fact, too much protein and it screwed up my macros and kept me from getting back into ketosis. #ALASKAPROBLEMS
Oh, and, MCT oil is YASSS!
Short-term goal #1: 170lbs - get back to where I was last Spring before I started yo-yoing all over the place.
Short-term goal #2: 154lbs - BMI = NORMAL
