50d - (47d、48d、49d 三天沒秤)。34.4(沒救)。我就說吧!在家自己煮,吃足夠的好油,吃食物的原味,真的很重要,吃4天大魚大肉也能瘦(排水?),而且完全沒有運動、散步什麼的,可惜收假上班了,又要天天外食,体重又要卡卡了,外食真的吃很腻~~
133.8 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

外食真的很膩,我也是長期外食,近日盡量能自己準備飯盒,有時用餐時間真的很不一定也很難拿捏,不小心都會暴食。
