It was a very tough week food wise, but have made up for it over the last 2 days. I am optimistic that with the "routine changes" I've made I can avoid the points overload.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.5 lb a week
