i can make a whole detailed list of all the foods i didn.t take yesterday. i can draw out all the ellaborate mental pictures...
sadly in the end it is all about the foods you did take.
194.9 lb Lost so far: 54.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
