Just lost .6 pounds yesterday to today, will try tweaking my RDI a bit to speed things up a little, but not unhappy with total weight lost. Also, starting exercise with my cousin on monday, that should help.
143.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
