The cranwater upsets my stomach alot,sorry to say. I have never been able to drink juices since I was born. I decided to try it again anyway.BAD RESULTS. Now what do I do?
122.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you diluted it enough? It should be one part juice to seven parts water. If that is too strong, add a little more water.

I was reading in the cookbook that you can use unsweetened pomegranate juice: use 30 oz plain water and 2 oz unsweetened pomegranate juice instead of the 28oz water to 4oz unsweetened cranberry. You may want to try that.

Also try Apple Cider Vinegar once a day to counter the acid in the juice.

Thank you so much for the comments on the cranwater problem. I deeply appreciate it. My problem now(I always got problems)is that it is so hard to stick to a diet as life flies by & I end up eating out where I shouldn't be or skipping meals or eating at odd hours. I really don't know how you all can do so excellent. I envy you. It is hard. I foul up alot. I really don't have a good excuse. I was doing so well in the beginning. Then stressful things occured that threw me off & I have never got back on track since. I think about it alot but don't do it. It is quite frustrating.
