Yesterday I had green juice for breakfast but didn't bring any juice to work. I snacked on snap peas and drank a ton of water. Before I went home, I grabbed a salad at Panera Bread. I ate the roll they give you in the car on the way home. It tasted like the best bread in the world. I cracked open the mixed greens salad at home and used the vinaigrette they provided. It was way too sweet. That night I made a fruit juice with a whole beet in it for dinner.

I'm kinda shocked that little is all I need to maintain my weight. When I think of the amount of calories I was consuming before, I'm shocked I didn't hit 400lbs.

Anyhoo... I'm sick of hovering around 285. I'm going back to straight juice and water. Cutting out snacks and salads until I'm below 280. Time to get my green on!
