The roller-coaster...had in a friend through a crisis for the past week. Lots of eating out; most meals. At least I didn't gain it all back.
Hoping to continue with better progress in the weeks ahead. Coming up on another year older in less than a week. Looking forward to less of me by this time next year :-)
