I am finding that following the WW program with lower carb choices and at reasonable portion sizes is doable for me. I am not starving.

By changing the bad habits of eating late and in front of TV is making food enjoyable. I take my time and enjoy each bite instead of mindless shoveling it in while watching a show. It make make more aware of the amount I'm eating and also how good it tastes :)
194.9 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.0 lb a week
