yeah. I'm back to loosing and not gaining. 21 more days to loose 7 lbs to go on my perfect vaction with my honey. Running seems to working well for me. hip hip horray.

155.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
